Anyone know where to get a key & lock like this?
These crappy grabs are from the movie armageddon. The key looks like a camshaft. I have scoured the internet looking for something like this and have come up with nothing. Hopefully someone here has come across something like this in there modding journeys.

I'm gonna say whatever special effects studio worked on Armageddon. It was almost certainly made as a one-off thing, just to look cool in the movie.
On a side note, that design wouldn't really work well as a mechanical key anyways.

That would not be too hard to make with a drill press, some derlin round stock and some sharp carving tools.

Get yourself a UK spec Ford key and door/ignition lock from about 6-10 years ago - they're silver but would almost certainly work with a little ingenuity....
they definitely fit the barrel shaped key and round keyhole effect even if they aren't quite as camshafty
