Hello TBCS, welcome to my work in progress log for the Stryker.

I'll cut to the chase and show you what I have to work with...

The first thing I will do is sand, prime, and paint. Filling in the 'vaio' indents in the process. I will be painting it in an urban digital camouflage pattern. So if any of you guys have experience doing this, I would love your comments.

All ideas are appreciated! So throw em at me!

Are you getting new hardware or just painting the case? If I'm pretty sure that case won't fit a full-ATX mobo, make sure you get micro. Other than that I can't wait to see it when your done.

I haven't purchased any hardware for the project yet; but the case is from a Vaio PCV-90 from 1996. That's before mATX boards were released. So I would assume it fits ATX boards; at least it looks that way in person.

There's 7 pci slots on the back. It'll fit a ATX no sweat.

Didn't even notice that, the pictures make the case look small IMO./

Well, slight change in plans; a more suitable enclosure has fallen into my hands.

Pictures will be up soon of the new Stryker project.

    UPDATE
    ----------

Well I finally got around to uploading the pictures of the new case. Enjoy!

And now the best part: a removable motherboard tray!

    Disassembled and ready for paint.
