You have the two most important tools right there. WD40 and duct tape.

If it doesn't move and it should, use WD40
If it moves and it shouldn't use duct tape.

For storage, I remember my dad used to have a bunch of jars with the lids screwed to the underside of a shelf. The jars were then screwed into the lids.
    A great space saving idea.

if your parent(s) are in the millitary they should have some extra coin. i know the army doesnt pay good but it doesnt pay bad either. I like the borrowing tools comment. If it wasnt for my old neighbor 2 doors down i wouldnt have been able to repair anything. He's a steel fabricator and had the most tools ive ever seen. I borrowed tools from him for 6-7 years. Find yourself a good neighbor like that and RETURN THE TOOLS AFTER and they'll keep lending them to you.

I stole some stuff when i was a kid. i stole what i needed and used my money for what i wanted... not a good choice, got me 6mo probation and 20hrs community service at 13yrs old. I've since learned that im not very good at stealing and dont do it any more. I do know sevral people who are good and continue to do it.

[Im not saying to do that but just telling how i got my stuff when i was your age]
