AM3 motherboards with USB 3.0 and Sata 6GB? Ram?

In the process of building a new testing / review rig for use with our reviews here. With this rig we will be 80% complete on the latest processors. I need some help selecting the Motherboard. Right now I am leaning heavily towards the second one on the list. It has all my requirements and has AMDs latest chipset the 890. Your thoughts?

Is their any reason you're not choosing the 125w version of the 965 over the 140w? just kinda curious

Yea because I am getting the 140W at an unbeatable price from a friend. Plus for testing purposes I would rather it be a hot as hell cpu. All the better to stress a cooler with.
