Was going to paint the Candy Red tonight, then wait until morning to spray the clear.

I'm starting to like this red pearl though. Should I keep it as is. Or add Candy red on top of it like I untended.

I don't have anything painted yet.
Pic of the Candy. Which is a transparent, and can be used as is, or as a top coat for the pearl and a few other types.

I think I'll paint the fan with some Candy tonight, and see how that looks.

I think you should stick to the plan. Go with the candy.

Here is a shot of the fan with 4 coats transparent base to make it level, and 4 coats of red candy.

Doesn't do it for me. It seems to have covered the pearl chips, but left the texture. Maybe it needs to be clear coated and sanded to look right.

I'm leaning towards just the pearl.

Decided to keep just the red pearl. But, I forgot one thing before I spray the transparent base coat and clear coats.

The black mesh.

I think after the clear coats. I'll re-apply flat black paint again to the mesh.
