    Sounds like either:
    a) malware
    b) your school is using a proxy with a self-authenticated certificate

If it's happening at home, then it sounds like malware. Something's probably redirecting you through a proxy.

I've seen that exact issue with the clock on the computer being wrong. And by wrong, I mean the date/year, not just the time.

Other than that, load your internet properties from the control panel, go to the last tab on the right, and press the two reset buttons to get things back to stock.

Turning on the computer, it loads normally, then right at any stage of starting or when you use Windows, usually after two dry Windows has loaded, the computer just turn off spontaneously. Now it has gotten worse, it just shut down spontaneously at first, because after 10 seconds after power up. I use a laptop Sony F-290.
Life is either a daring adventure or nothing.
