    Default Frosting LEDs?

ok I put some UV LEDs in my rockin case project, but they're only 15º pattern. Whats the best way to go about frosting them to spread the light more? I dont want to cut down the intensity as they're 2000mcd, I just need them less spot-light-ish. Thanks in advance!

Well you could cut off the rounded section on top of them, just make sure to NOT cut the metal inside of it.

Or you could sand them... Or both lol

If you have extra, try sanding. Works great but it can be a bit hard to master.

Try not to use a too coarse grade of sandpaper. Try a very light sanding, then test. Keep repeating until you find what works best for you.
