    Default Reusing laptop display

After taking apart my burned-out laptop, I want to reuse a bunch of parts. what're the odds I can use the monitor? It *might* have the controller attached to it, I'm not really sure. Part number is LTN154AT01, but I can't find any information about it anywhere.
If it helps, the only connector coming off the actual panel has 20 pins.

Not a very good chance that you can use it without spending a lot of money on a controller for it.

Was afraid of that. You know of any places offhand that sell the controllers?

    Here is the service guide.
You may be able to locate a controller, but it is doubtful.
There is no way to isolate the display components
without heavily modifying the controller board.

Would not recommend any modifications inless you are trained and experienced.
