    Default removing boot options?

ok, I used gparted live to re partition my drive, and I installed vista ultimate 32 and tried w7, but w7 seems to have some kind of graphics issues, and my monitors wont display the resolution w7 wants them to. so I reformatted that partition, but now w7 still shows up next to vista on my boot menu. how do I get rid of it?

It's in the properties for computer, if you click advanced system settings, then it's in the startup and recovery settings.
