Hello all out there..
Gonna try build/mod a pc now..but i got one question.
A normal dvd reader/burner. can i use that vertical or can i only use it horisontal..the normal way.?

You should be able to mount it either way. The trays usually have some sort of tabs to hold the disc in case you mount it vertically. Once the tray closes, there is a "clamp" that holds the disc, so no worries about orientation.
A word of warning though, dont change the drive from horizontal to vertical while it's running.

Gonna build a case out of my brifcase that followed my sapphire radeon HD4870x2 atomic edition gpu card..And everything is a thight fit in there.. heve to mod my dvd cables for psu and so on..
You can also get slot loading dvd roms with no dvd tray
