i think 4 is a litttle overkill. Like in a fps, how would you be able to watch the whole screen?

And people say that I'm extreme....... go for a X2 4800+, get water cooling and overclock the sucker

EDIT: ADvice, if you want better gaming performance go for some nice OCZ ram, it's better performance.

ah very nice but i'd go with dual opterons myself...like they did for DMX, the latest dream machine from maximum PC. it was here in SF on tour before christmas and got to see it go....it is dual everything lol :p was awesome, so fast, but also expensive...over $12K hehe lol ;P but i want one anyway!!!
