Default Paperweight - My Webcomic (Help?)

    UPDATED:

    ORIGINAL:
    http://img10.imageshack.us/img10/640...t020609bt7.png

As you can see, its not quite finished just yet. The reason is because GIMP keeps malfunctioning on me and closing whenever I try to do anything to the image. :/

So if someone could put in some final touches for me, that would be awesome! I'm not really sure what I had planned, I was just winging it as I went along to be honest. But the characters were drawn in MS Paint and its pretty obvious, so thats pretty much all I was going to do from what you see now (draw over the characters outlines with GIMPS paint brush tool is what I had in mind). Anyways, other than that you can add whatever you think looks good. Maybe color them or something, idk.

Just out of curiosity; My comic - Funny? Not so much? Somewhere in between? Don't worry about being nice just out of pity lol. It made my family and friends laugh, so I don't really care what a bunch of nerds on the internet think. (btw - you guys are the coolest geeks and nerds I know. I mean, you would have to be right? Modders !> regular nerds) :-p

BTW I'm aware that I drew it in a Cyanide and Happiness format. You can only be so original with these things you know! :-P Draw square bodies and its C&H, draw round bodies and its XKCD. Doesn't leave much room to be original so I just decided to go with a C&H format. Maybe they'll use it? lol
People are stupid; given proper motivation, almost anyone will believe almost anything. Because people are stupid, they will believe a lie because they want to believe it's true, or because they are afraid it might be true. People’s heads are full of knowledge, facts, and beliefs, and most of it is false, yet they think it all true. People are stupid; they can only rarely tell the difference between a lie and the truth, and yet they are confident they can, and so are all the easier to fool.

XKCD doesn't use round bodies, they use stick figures with round heads.

It's got the "funny" down, but it's not nearly offensive enough.

    I like it, though.

Gee, it damn sure took me long enough to find and add the origin of the first quote...

You're totally right. I don't know what the heck I was thinking! I think its C&H that also does round bodies, depending on the artist.

Haha, it's got something. It's lacking polish but I think you have potential. If I were you, I'd find a collaborator. Most of the webcomics have a someone who comes up with the gags and draws the comic, and someone else who does the colouring.

    Good luck mate!
