    Default First Mod: Graffiti

    Well Today I finaly got around to setting up my project

    This will be a paint and extrusion mod

    The whole concept is to blend in the generalized Artistic Graffiti style into the case.

    proposed idea (tablet drivers were messing up at the time I drew it so its not doing so spiffy)
    from left to right employee/retailer, corp head, consumer

    The theme will be spread out a bit through the case...

    and now the victim (after I fried the nice little AMD athlon 1400+ I decided I shouldnt leave the perfectly good system and its case alone like it was)

    The head phones are broken, but! I intend to fix it and mod them to suit the style... and considering my logitec G5 will be here christmas I can probably mod this dell mouse I have

    The cut outs and plastic work will come tomarrow I need to flatten out the frount... or atleast smooth it out...

    Thanks for the ideas I'm doing this as a project for uni...

    a street art study but It had to be practical...

    I'm going to schetch some more tomarrow after i apply the chemicals but the final will be freehand airbrushing and spraypaint...

    My only problem, rough finish similar to street art or

    flat clear coat...?

    Yeh, clear coat it, it'll make it last so much longer.
    Just use matte clear coat so it doesnt come up too shiney.

    here we go new concepts

    I will add the frount concept when I get my camera back... turns out I got a bad shot...

    green: will be a cut/etching (plexi)
    red: will be painted
    Blue: Plastic form popouts

    :: Update ::

    I was running low on supplys first i realized I was out of sand paper above 220 grit... Since I had to go out i also made checks on every other supply and I gladly got what I needed from advanced auto parts

    :: Update Again ::

    Well finaly got to work on the damned putty stuff... this is the first time fooling with it and testing some where elce was totaly not on my mind... any way here is the beginning

    I also sanded out the top of the case with the new sand paper and I have never rubbed a computer so much (and this was just fealing how smooth it was!)

    Yummm Dig in!!!

    would you belive it was badly spray painted before this?
