What programs are you all using to design and edit your case(s)

I am new to case modding, and am working on my first project (Thermaltake Armor 8003) and would like to draw and render my pc.

I see tons of people with an image like the one below, but have no idea what they use to draw it. Please help. Thanks.

That would be google sketchup.

Search around in the TT&T section and you'll find a couple threads on how to use it and import models and such.
