This seems like plenty, but this is my first build and I am not so sure.

4x 120mm fans.
2x 140mm fans.
I won't be overclocking. Well probably not anyway.

That is more than enough for most people. You can get by without any, but I would reccommend at least one, especially if you are going to be overclocking. They are large fans, so they can be quieter, while moving more air.
Thanks, I was nervous seeing some people having twice as much as me.
I have two small ones in the back of my case that I will turn on if i'm going to be doing hours of gaming, or if the computer's been on for a long time, but I usually leave them turned off, because they're so loud. Those fans in that case should be reletavely quiet and move a lot of air. Having too many fans can actually have an opposite effect.
Ohh.
Is it easy to replace the fans that come with my case, with led fans? Some of them already are led fans, but the rest of them?
It is fairly easy. I saw some nice blue thermaltake fans on newegg with a conroller, but they were somewhat pricey for fans. Replacing them is simply a matter of unplugging the old ones, unscrewing them, and screwing the new ones in and plugging them back in.
Oh okay.
I found a lot of lighting on http://www.crazypc.com and I might use that. It was really cheap.
