What Is The Best Liquid Cooling System To Use With An

By "system" do you mean you want to make it yourself or get a kit.
Firstly what CPU do you intend to use. Also 1 GPU or 2. Also need to know if you intend to cool the northbridge, southbridge or mosfets.
Take a look through this guide that Spawn Inc made a while back.

It will give you all the info you need to know.
Also take a look at this thread.

Your system should be about the same except you won't need the GPU blocks as the eVGA card already has one. You can change the fans and reservoir and even radiator to make the installation more convenient.
If you let us know what case you intend to use we can be a bit more specific.

I Want To Get The Best Pieces, That Are Compatable With Each Other. Not a Kit. I Plan On The Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9770 Processor Not Sure About The GPUs. I Want To Cool Everything, I Want This Thing Artic Cool. Thanks For The Links Man. I Have No Clue What Case I Want To Put This Baby In But It Has To Be HUGE!
If you want a big case you should be looking at Lian Li (expensive), Cooler Master Cosmos and maybe even an Antec 1200.
How much are you willing to spend on the cooling? You must remember than you can never go below ambient temperature with liquid cooling. Peltiers are an exception however.
A D-Tek Fuzion V2 or a Swiftech GTZ are your best bets for the CPU (go for the D-Tek), from mainstream suppliers anyway. If you aren't worried about spending a bit more there are other, slightly more expensive boutique manufacturers in Europe.
