    Default Motorized Computer Chair.

Found this link where someone has created a custom computer chair.
I figured hell as long as were all sitting around here we might as well be comfortable sitting in our own custom chairs. Custom fit to the shape of your ass.

I would personally like to see computer chairs designed like the seats in cars, and suv's.

    Anyway. Link <=-

This person has chosen to use a chair from a car and build around it.
You could easily salvage one from a used automotive parts yard and reupholster it.

I think we could be a little more creative, and come up stylish design
than the one shown in the link. I know allot of you have seen the gaming chair/monitor configurations.

I would like to focus mainly on the chair.
I know you can buy some really neat computer chairs now days but there is nothing better than constructing, and relaxing on something you have built yourself IMO.

hmmm need to have some brainstorming of what to have in the ultimate game chair mod.

Built in speakers/subwoofer (read butt rumbler)

Problem I see with car seats is the lack of arm-rests in alot... Definately need arm rests.

Hmm... I should do this, but I would never hear the end of it from my mother. Maybe when I go back to my apartment at school. I actually have several car seats in my basement. I have seats from a 1992 Saab that would be perfect, however I was trying to sell them.

All you would really need is a 12v DC Power Supply to power the seat.
Anyway. I thought it would be cool to be able to hit a button to recline, lumbar, behind your computer.

Wow, this runs right along the lines of a mod I am planning. I've been trying to figure out the seating and I may just pick up a power seat from a junkyard and turn it black.

I want to do something along the lines of the pic shown in the bottom of the first post, but fully enclosed like a flight simulator.

That would be extremely interesting to see.
I am planning to do one myself.

You should make it around the general shape of a muskoka chair, those are dam comfortable.
Two speakers in the back of the chair with a subwoofer under the seat.
Cup holders in the arm rest.
And a hydration pack in the back with convenient hose near mouth.
Also give it a motorized recline.

IV tube and porto potty built in too pls.

Srsly though, I like this idea. I've wanted to do something like this since I first saw Lawnmower Man, all concentric rings and the like. But ... yeah, just not enough cash or a suitable shop to build anything like that in.
