I've spent the last two hours trying to network the 4 comp's here at work. i've always hated Vistas and i don't know if that's what giving me the headache

    PC 1 XP wireless card
    PC 2 Vista wireless card
    PC 3 Vista wireless card
PC 4 Vista lan to wireless router

cards and router are all "G" and netgear. ran network wizard on XP but don't load on Vista computers. started the network wizard on PC2 and it wont load on XP or PC 4. started the network wizard on PC 4 and it doesn't load up on ANY. what am i doing wrong?

Did you turn on network discovery on the Vista machines? See if this will help you at all.

I have 3 XP machines and 2 Vista machines at home on a network. They share a common file server and they all share a common printer. Shouldn't be too much of a prob. Lemme know if you get it.

yup network discovery is on and so is file sharing... Some PC's will see some PC's but not a single one sees every PC. this is driving me nuts!

Can they all get online? Is your DNS set? Default Gateway? Are they getting their address from a DHCP server or are you doing Static IP's? Need to know before troubleshooting begins.
