That ram is good stuff. Its what I am running in my system. Corsair was also very speedy with the rebate.
The memory should work if your pc supports DDR2 which it seems it does. If your motherboard can't handle speeds that high it should underclock itself to the correct speed so I don't think you will have any issues with it. For like $40 or whatever they are at now after rebates you cant go wrong, not like what they used to cost 200+.
