    Thanks for the effort everyone. +rep all round . Think I'll have a go at something a bit like scotty's idea but using the profile of my own design on top. I'll keep you all posted

    The logo that I think we will use:
    (scottys with a little mod for a dark background)

    Does it have a weight requirement? Because there's a LOT of wood there you do not need there. Perhaps even drill some air vents that go all the way through and gently come out before they hit the CO2.

    I kinda wanna build one just for the hell of it. Maybe we should have a TBCS CO2 car contest of best theoretical design.

    If you put a bobble on that hat (headrest?) it would look like Santa in his "supersleigh"
