Not really. 1 Gig of RAM and Vista is full of fail imo.

Staples has a similar lappy. And from what I can tell, neither store is willing to 'downgrade' to XP.

Although, $350 for a Core2Duo is a screaming price by itself...wipe the HD and put Ubuntu on it...now we're talking!

Some shops make them take down their ads or they will sue... (WalMart and Office Max this year)

Is it just me, or did Wally World's ad seem like a disappointment this year?

as far as I saw black friday pretty much sucked this year. Only thing I saw worthwhile was like a full hd 42" lcd at sears for like 800, but Im in the market for a plasma or crt.
