Power supply AC pass-thru

A year ago I bought a Soyo barebones kit. I've since ditched most of the innards but I really like the case and want to keep it.

The current power supply has power leads coming out of it that feed three standard 3-prong AC outlets that are attached to the back of the case. I really like this feature as I can have my peripherals plugged in there without using a power strip, and it turns everything off when my PC shuts down.

I'm in a bind where i'm going to have to upgrade my power supply soon, but I've never seen one with this feature. How hard would it be to modify a power supply that I purchase in order to pass the AC current through to the AC jacks?

a human can survive 20 mA (0,02 Ampere), so i hope you know how many amps you are working with there so you dont go get buzzed and die... there can be some serius amounts in those wires!

That plug use to be used a lot to power Monitors as you turned on the PC the monitor would turn on as well. I still have a cable that plugs into that desgin that fits my monitor but I have not used that in years.
