3K hardware?... nice...

the window is IMO very big, and you are going to see alot of messy wires if you dont hide them ****less... do it with style

you might wanna make a mobo cover since everything is going to be visible, that would make a great improvement on nomatter how its going to look inside

What's a mobo cover?

It is actually 2k for the hardware and one more grand on keyboard, mouse, sound system, monitor.

The window looks big? GREAT!!! I counter every 1/8". I wanted it to the max. In fact... Now I am thinking to through that part away... and make a new one FULLY out of acrylic!! but that's just a concept. I will have to give it a good thought =)

Lets figure what a mobo cover is for now =)

one more thing - how do you call that part that I am moding right now? a door? side panel? side door? side cover? =)??? (English isn't my native language, still learning)

I would have just detached the mesh and placed plexi behind that cool design. Nice work though.

A mobo cover is an acrylic/mesh or whatever cover that you make to conceal the motherboard. Do a search for Defyant's HP Res/Mega mods, they both sport a mobo cover along with extensive plastics work.

1. I thought it would look nice, but as i found out mesh looks better in that case (i tried)
2. I wanted a BIG window =)

I think the window looks great, a little big for my taste, but if you like it thats all that matters. Not bad at all for a first mod at all...

and doing a whole window in acrylic dont look nice, the way youve made it now is as big as its gonna get

I know some of you guys think it is too big, but I am very satisfied with the size! I am waiting for my acrylic to be delivered, so that I can continue. It should be delivered in a day or two..... hopeful =/
