Yeah sort of, but there is more traffic here and I just want a quick overlook at who's in and who's not, then I'll move it.

This would give me a reason to reinstall BF2 on my system...and it would also give a much needed break from Karazhan.

I've only played the demo of it before, but it's definately a game I would play. What I need is an online game to really dedicate myself to, and become a big part of the community of it. I'd be willing to buy it for the purpose of playing with a bunch of people from here. I also have a headset, so I can communicate with the team. With online games, I vastly prefer playing on a team with people I already know. That way we all know each other, our personalities, we know we'll communicate and be friendly, and know each other's strategies.
I would possibly be willing to help setup a dedicated server. I actually have another machine downstairs and another modem too, and I used to have another dedicated Internet line running to it and I used it as a server for Insurgency, which is another game we could look into setting up a team for. It's a Half Life 2 mod, in the same way that Counterstrike was, except this is better.
But anyways, about what I was doing for a server, maybe that could be used in this. It's either that or I mod it somehow, but I don't really need to do that right now. But yeah, this sounds great, I'd be up for it, and could also possibly help with the server.
And holy damn, the game is only $10 USD. Definately a safe buy.

But ya, what I was asking earlier... are there servers fast enough to be able to play nation wide? There's also a lot of Ausies here at TBCS... how's the ping gunna be for them?
