QX9650 will be the new Quad Extreme.

The main thing we do know for sure on the current quad Extreme is that the multiplier is completely unlocked, which is great for over clockers.
You can only the hope the newer (and you would hope better!) has the same thing.

That will wait to be seen. I will be building a new PC from good gear at the start of next year. So I will be waiting with interest to see the reviews.

atleast wait for the new stock to be released, it will drive the price down for all your stuff you want

at least wait for AMD's lineup to arrive (if it ever does...)

I have hopeful... well, hopes for amd's quads and such. I wouldn't like having to go over to intel until I see what amd has comparably.

Same thing with ATi. But i'm not going to build anything new until at least christmas anyway, so it doesn't matter.

The will be selling true quad core chips which will be amazing and the chips that don't quite come out properly during manufacturing will have the damaged core disabled and the chip with the 3 remaining working cores will be sold at massively cheaper prices.
    Need a sig
