and im also pretty sure that congress didnt pass a law saying children under thirteen may not participate in online discussions. im sure the sites that have it posted use it as a mandatory warning to prevent against law suits if there's profaine language or sexual content. But one thing that IS stated when you sign up is that there should be no profanity or sexual content, so really there's should be no problem.

This site is for learning of all ages, If anyone does cutting of metal or what not, They need to use the proper safety equipment and have someone helping if your not allowed to use the tools.

Its only that they can't collect information from people under 13, so you don't have to fill out otherwise mandatory fields, its to protect them from predators, which is silly really, predator was only a movie, they don't actually ex... *whisper whisper whisper* What? really? *whisper whisper* Right then, um, as I said, to protect against predators.

There is no problem....it is not against the law for him to be here. If we allowed profanity and adult related material he would have to be 18 to be here. Since all we do is mod cases and talk about computer nerd stuff he is fine. It is up to your parents to determine if he should be here or not... not the law. I will assume that if your parents didn't want him here.... he wouldn't be here.
