I'll have a bash at this I thinks. Pre-OC and post OC.

May have to wait for the post OC... still sussing out upping the voltage to get my 2.66Mhz Celeron D stable-ish at 4ghz....

    :edit: w00t!

    Under 5 1/2 mins

    That really sucks doesn't it.

Time to wind her up a bit....

    :edit 2:

Turned the FSB up a bit (from 133 to 150 giving me 3Ghz) and got this....

Doesn't seem much faster does it?

    Hmmmmm.......

    Need to find more speed.

    This could get addictive/ dangerous......

Those super Pi runs are invalid. Please use Super Pi Mod.

Gives you a more accurate time, also has the ability to have a checking to make sure you're not cheating. A link to download is in the first post.

I shall do the uncheat thing now

And why on earth would anyone cheat up a 4 min+ score?

    Anyhow, still more speed needed......

I can tell you now, you're not going to find too much speed with the CeleronD

EDIT: What speed is your RAM running at?

Hehe, it would be too slow for my liking. I basically can't live with a machine with low power..... that's why I'm getting a low powered tablet PC for my uni laptop xP

EDIT: DUE TO A SCREW UP ON MY PART, PLEASE USE THE MEMORY TAB IN CPU-Z, NOT THE SPD TAB. All tests are still valid.

Well, why not post some results too? I use this for stability test, but not in the regular way.. I am checking to see for temperatures only, especially the rate at which they grow, keep stable and get down again. Also, note that I don't have any thermal paste between cpu and cooler That explains the temp.. And about the times.. I wonder what I'll get with the x2 :p

    at start..

    at the end..

    and after some testing..

Guess this beast will be number 1 in the amd section

Edit: I forgot, this is actually an XP 1700+, unlocked multiplier. So, it was 11*133>1463MHz at first, not it is 12.5*166>2075MHz, but because the clock generator is a tad higher, I get ~2080Mhz. It's almost a 42% OC This is rock stable and issue free.
