Thanks Crimson, I'm thinking of doing a Doom 3 mod myself, I'm going to attach my 17"tft moniter to the outer right of the case and to make it fold out. (same area as where you put the smoke funnel on your case)
Now, if only i had some hinges :p :p

I love the case. But when do you think it will be totally finished?

I'll burst out laughing if you finish it on the 4th of August, as that's when my birthday is....

So, when is the next installment of Doom3: Project Mars city? I'm dieing (more like fragging ) to see what it wil be. Hehehe, I love your designs... but I'm going to hopefuly go a step better and build a complete case out of Titanium. But your's will still be much much much (see how times you can say much in 1 hour) better.

    Hi, new to the board

I was looking around for some modding ideas for a games console when I found this site. I must say the doom 3 case is jaw dropping, fantastic work.

I wanted to ask how the Airlock label was done? How small is the lettering, it looks very clean. Is it a decal or was sprayed on from a template.

The tail end of the mouse is black, then fades into the burgundy and then into the hot pepper color in front. Once the clear acrylic topcoat is cured, i'll give it a light wetsanding and then some 3M compound and finaly a polishing glaze.
I have a quick question for you. Was the clearcoat you used on the mouse a rattlecan also? If so, what brand did you use? (Was it Krylon?). Thanks in advance!
