i think you should thing of the psu,maybe you can give a few more clues about it,and besides i think,not sure but the watts that says in the power supply are only in optimal condition like moon...

actually most mobos had a software to make the disk,also it point you where are the files to do the disk manually,the thinh is to use a sata HDD as root you need to make a disk,and remember to select...
actually i had this one and i find the dissipator is really big -.-
i think is better to use one with fans
