I wounder how much it will drop. Runs 54c idle.

While I was playing Quake4 the green gpu symbol in nVidia Monitor turned to yellow lol

I read at about 90c you should start worrying

I have it at 400 core and 864 memory. Idle at 54c and it peaks at 75c.

Its a 7600GS AGP.

I have the fan running at 100% and replaced the thermal paster with arctic silver.

I swapped out the thermal paste with arctic silver but i'm not seeing a drop in temp :(


Or maybe nTune is full of crap

Stock Core is 400MHz

Memory is 700MHz

Its a eVGA 7600GS with a 400w Dell PSU and a 3.0Ghz P4.

Ok so I have this new agp card.

It works when I dont plug in the 4 pin power.

When I plug it in my monitor gets no signal?

My PSU meets al the requirements.

I want it because I read it was very quiet. Its for a HTPC and I dont want that horrible fan noise trying to keep it as quiet as possible with stealth fans and quiet drives.

Will it work?

Thinking of getting it to install in my nMEDIAPC HTPC 280BA case to cool my e6700.

Any thoughts.
