What type of pressure do you prefer for case cooling? I've always preffered positive pressure over negative myself because then the airflow direction is constant and directional and it can help with...

if your in the uk.
Looks like the materials are going to cost around £40 for the frame and panels, looks like it won't be painted but i've got ideas for another good finish.
Chose $loth as I used to be a lazy ****, plus I like the sound of it.
step away from the pc....
Just emailed a couple of places to get a quote on the materials needed, the overall width should be something around:
308mm (L) * 268mm (W) * 243mm (H). I don't want to scan in the design at the...
Ran flawlessly on the first start up, I had upgraded before (amd 450mhz to a celeron 500mhz) and then afterwards built a system looking like this:
Athlon 2500, 1gb 2700, 40gb maxtor, asus mobo,...
Do you need to enter by the 2nd of july or can you enter towards the august deadline?
Just pricing up how much the frame and panels would cost.
Yea, just saw the £50 budget. Though I could put my current set up in there in the end with a matx mobo.

Very tempting, though I don't really have the funds or the time at the moment even though i've got an idea on paper with measurements and everything :(

2GB Geil low latency 6400
8600GT (gigabyte silentpipe)
Gigabyte Gigabyte GA P35C DS3R
Noctua HSF

Also, i'd change the seagates to samsung spinpoints because they're quieter.
Thanks for the reply b4i7, do you enjoy the job? What type of things do you make?
Sounds like you 3 did more than me in high school, we did brazing, oxy-ace and some arc welding, only about 5 minutes on each though :(
Thanks for the replies, I do really hope I get this as I'm...
Nice idea, seems good for space saving, how would you make the res?
I been thinking something similar myself, though with watercooling your project would look great!
damn, I hope I get this apprenticeship b4i7! I would love to make things with that sort of equipment!
Couldn't find any p38 there yesturday so got some loctite plastic padding bodyfiller. Seems to be working, i've sanded down most of it (good thing I have an electric detail sander!).
Those 50's cars look great, such a beautiful design, though I wouldn't want like that covered in rust!
Blink 182 -- Reckless Abandon.
LOL Minty!
What's an average chefs way over in the US? It's p*** poor in the UK.
Sounds very cool Scorchio, i'm a bit of a newb at mapping, though i've done a little for CS and some CS:S mapping, though probably not in the leagues of you.
