I've not found a pc laptop that compares to the powerbook in spec price and design so it was an easy choice. Coming from a windows background its a completly new experience using OSX its a far better...

I saw the coolermaster atcs 200 and fell in love :D It had to have a window, its been a downhill run into addiction ever since :D
I've modded a mac g4 to pc use if that counts :D
I'm not overly fussed about portability , I just hate having the wire it always seems to be in the way .
I had a look at one in the shop and decided not to get one in the end as I dont do enough...

I quite like the kit that comes with the xpr the extra flexible head for one. Does the B&D come with that? :)
That second bit about the sales rep aint too far off mashie
As someone who's doing the modding to design to mass production steps as well its not easy is it :( Its taken over a year so far with a...
I've been tempted by the xpr, as my current dremmel is quite old and battered now, shame the xpr cant be sourced in the uk at present :(
That makes sense to me frakk :)
I wasnt meaning the thickness really, just when you have angled metal and bends you cant always get a jigsaw in place to make a cut :D
Have to agree with mashie I keep loosing forums in my scrolling past and missing them. Some of the forums haven't got any posts in them at all :(
A jigsaw isnt as accurate as a nibbler tho :) It takes very little finishing to complete a nibbled edge. Also you can't always cut with a jigsaw its only any good on sheet material.
Found one http://www.toolfetch.com/tools/HNAN3000.html
Erm $1078 tho :(
I was thinking the same kyle when I was doing searches for nibblers last night. Surely there is a way of making an electric version of the air nibblers :)
Yeah I use a thinsulate glove but it gets a bit toasty when doing lots of nibbling.
cool nice one :)
I'm with jono , they are a distraction and distort the page, maybe we can have a page of normal smilies and if people want to see the strange smilies by clicking on a link. Its done this way on other...
How did they last you that long mashie I got thro 3 in about 4 mods :D
I'm hoping the new one won't destroy my hands :D
Anybody else use this tool?
I love them it makes cutting to size sooooo easy. Its not as quick as a jigsaw but is much more accurate.
Only problem is the cheap ones I've been using tend to...
