ZOMG FREE!!!!!!11111111111one
Been busy for a while, but I'll be able to work on my case after I finish my three finals this week :D.
My friend was working on a remote control type device for me. It was either going to be a...
Only have around a .308 and a 22-250, and they have 30-35 inch barrels. Target shooting, so basically.. they'd make pretty small and clean holes. As in, doing it by hand would be more 'convincing'.
HDD watercooling is incredibly restrictive and is more suffocating than actually cooling. Those little heat exchangers don't look very effective, either. I'd rather just put another radiator in the...
Oy, that's the site I'm looking at right now ^_^.
1.) Socket 939 is the better socket for AMD, socket 754 is slightly outdated.
2.) An AMD chip at 2 ghz is comparable to an Intel chip at 3.2 ghz. The AMD chip will have a rating of 3200+, which is...
This is my thread (With case).
I was planning on suspending the shells in the window (Sort of 'hanging' there), and then having some bullets (Real bullets) impacting inside the case. But what else?
Oy.
I mean, the site that was linked to is general anodizing.. however, there are a bunch of other sites that specifically deal with aluminum anodizing and the chemicals.
Thank you for the link!
I'm not sure if that works on aluminum.. but it should be useful for something. I'm reading another site right now about just that.
Look into Bong/Evap cooling (XS and Procooling should have some stuff on it)... you can get some serious cooling from that, and if you can get a big acrylic tube, it'll look awesome. Ambient or below...
Alright, my current case mod is on the back burner right now, so I was wondering what you guys had for ideas for gun themed mods? (Same case, just not working on it much)
I was thinking lots of...
Is it electric plating, or powder coating? (I think it's electric.. 'Ano')
And how hard would it be to set up home anodizing (Assuming I had access to the chemicals)? Do you need special dyes?
...
One other quick question.. does power button count? :P
AMD chips have maxed out @ 4.1~4.2ghz (Single core FX-57) on LN2, Intel at 7.5~7.6ghz (Single core Prescott).
Realistically, on air, an AMD chip can get to 3 ghz, and an intel to 4, maybe 4.5 ghz...
So.. this is for a mod on only one component, or can it be a combination? (Full case out of the question?)
DING FRIES ARE DONE, DING FRIES ARE DONE, DING FRIES ARE DONE!
o_o;
Okay, that had nothing to do with the awesome lights. But they are.. awesome?
I'm not into p4 overclocking much, but I can tell you that prime95 (google search it) or CPUburn will help you stress test your system. Run it for half a day and see if it runs into any errors.
Regardless, I think it'd be cool to have some creep coming up the side of your terran case, out of the corner. Just get some of that foam stuff and paint it purple 8) .
But back to the zerg... am...
Bah, you'll have to have some creep creeping up the side of your case :P.
Split loom is kinda nasty :P. To me it looks like those crazy straws that you use to drink slushies. Except split along the middle.
Also, has anyone heard of snakeskin? It's a mesh weave that...
Only problem is I live in Canada. I have a PO box in the US, but I don't know if Newegg allows billing to a Canadian address.
Another little thing. If I do go for the p150 (as I love the case and...
One thing about the can for watercooling: It's made of aluminum, which is ****ty for corrosion. If you line it with rubber, however, or put a different brass or plastic reservoir inside, then you'll...
What would be really cool would be if you put a sort of rubber lining inside the can and used it as a reservoir for a watercooling system.
As for your idea.. if you cut out a rectangle and...
I'd edit my last post, but the forum's being a bit screwy on me so I'll just put it in this new one ;).
I forgot that I gave my p2 case to a friend, but it has really crappy thermals ATM, so I...
I believe it's not glueing it together, but rather, like your title indicates, that it is bonding together, like whatever substance you use to join them (Which is not just regular superglue) makes...
