I was just planning on overclocking my 933mhz cos' it would be good fun! So 1ghz without any extra cooling? What is a good CPU to overclock?
Go to a local 2nd hand PC store. They will probably give you one. Postage to you would be a killer if anyoone would offer you one.
The RumbleMotors are really cool in phones. You can make them race along the floor! I had a box of broken Alcatel 311's which have a few in them. But I 'm in NZ! Call out if you want one, it would...
Choose your decals and where you want to put them. I would also recommend painting your case.
Take a big look around all the threads. And then decide what you what you want to do and then go from there.
Sorry crazybillybob, didnt see that link you put in!
I made a thread and lots of cool people replied (http://www.thebestcasescenario.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2084&page=2) in the tools sections. I looked on eBay and some seemed to be quite affordable...
I suggest trying ebay. Depends how many you want to buy.
Doesnt look too bad (better than mine ):p but It could do with some improvement.
I am not 100% sure, but I think it could have something to do with its material structural integrities 8) and the price!
If you have the cash I buy a nice well-built case (Both look great!).
I am planning (Havent done it yet) to buy a 2nd hand case for my first mod in case I muck up!
Therefore I wont kick myself...

So I should probably get on with lot of bits... Do the bits break/wear down very often?
If so I could get some off eBay every few months.
I don't think it was the XPR 400 because it only came with 30 bits and it was supposedly 'the basic model'.
Which one is the one to go for?
What are you powering them with, your PSU? I saw somewhere tri-colour LEDs and they can do orange..
This is NZ where I am. You americans get everything much cheaper:mad:
Technology wise they have jsut released 3g phones in the last 12mths! :p
So, I just have to get one sent over now (and...
Wow looks like quite some idea! Maybe have it facing up (like a G4 cube) so no tray comes out you just need to slide in the disc?
I just looked on eBay and they are only like $60 USD! They are like 4x the price over here!
So I think I might put forward the extra cash and get a Dremel :D since there isnt a big price...
I second (or third?) that!
About the smoke machine... I am not sure whether it would be that great for the cooling. I maybe wrong though, any thoughts?
Cool Idea by the way!
All you guys seem to use and recommend dremels. I checked in the local hardware store. The dremel is $250 NZD with a 5yr warranty. I also saw another knock-off (orite?) and it was only $60 with a 3yr...
