Lifestyle, meaning: I'm never going back to the old routine of 3 squares a day. Today I had a cheat day. I ordered and ate a whole medium pizza from Dominos.
I've been to the bathroom 5 times since
As of today, I hit the 30 pound mark!! I'm only 8 days from 2 months on the plan and I'm still motivated to keep going. I will have my next cheat day on Thanksgiving where I'll eat whatever I come across. After that I go right back the next day.
I weighed myself this morning and I'm now down to 229.5lbs which means I've dropped 36lbs in just over two months. I haven't weighed this little for a good 4 years, so it's quite an achievement for me.
Congrats! Just make sure that your body is getting everything it needs and your doing great.
Thats awesome man, good job. Just make sure your still eating healthly and your body gets the nutrients it needs.
Back in high school I got up to 249 lbs and told myself I would never reach 250. I started losing weight and got down to 180, then I got to college. Overall I've been pretty good, although I think I'm up to around 205 again. I'm hoping to work my way back toward 180 which is where I want to be.
I would say that just watching what you eat can do a lot, and avoiding eating at night is a big one too.
awesome work, sir. good luck with keeping the fat off. :)
Hilarious. 500 calories a day doesn't count as healthy. I am taking a lot of vitamins though. As of this morning I am down to 217lbs. That means I've lost 48lbs thus far, only 2 away from the historic 50lbs mark! I was finally able to squeeze into my Marine Corps Dress Blues that I haven't worn in 10 years!
My wife was amazed!
Congrats and way to keep it up! I've put on winter weight again, but I have the goal of riding my bike to and from work all summer. I'm pretty pumped for that.
