My hardrive temps are way up there, what should i do

My hard drive runs at 23*C, thanks to my Antec 900.

ah thanx for all the info, yes i have a fan infront of my two hdd's, but for the first few months i had my computer the temps never went past 25. Hopefully they will go back when I do a full watercooling treatment this summer.
