Here's an easy way to do it. Create the icon in photoshop at like 125x125. Resize it to 16x16. Favicon done.

I was going to whip up a favicon for you and post this link for your own reference, but it looks like your site already has one. You may want to edit or close this thread so people know it's no longer needed.
Thats the one that came with the theme. Sorry for the confusion.
