Antec Twelve Hundred

Situation:
I would like to get a custom side window done for a friend who owns an Antec Twelve Hundred case. He ordered it and will build a new PC this Christmas. The problem is that the window is such an odd shape and it looks like the window itself is set in a "frame" on the side panel. Is this right? It is mounted on the outside, but it looks like it is also flush with the outside part of the panel.

So for those who own this case. Can you please send me the exact dimensions so I can get the acrylic cut to the right size? If possible, please include depth too so the new window stays flush. Also, location of the mounting holes would be helpful too. Thank you for all your help!
