i dont think many of us have experience with pelts, you might want to try http://forums.extremeoverclocking.com If you wanted sub zero temps tho, i wouldn't use a pelt, theyre not very reliable.

Are you saying that they burn out? or just that they are hard to use?

If a pelt fails, it becomes an wonderful heating element or even a nice insulator--while pelts are probably cool for a "curiosity" PC that is just for kicks, I wouldnt rely on this type of cooling for an expensive system. Not to mention the incredible power these systems consume--your electric bill will indeed go up :)
But yeah--thats a good PSU for a pelt system
