Under hardware reviews/ review gossip forum... In the description, the apostrophe is a quotation mark rather than an apostrophe.

typos are your fingers hitting wrong keys.

LOL,
Technically it is a typo, due to the fact that those 2 commands are on the same key and the writer ovbiously forgot to hit the shift key.

...or as the case was, I hit the ' key twice to look like a ". Which has since been corrected.
