How to replicate:
Both Videos and Links and Chatterbox must have new threads in order for this work.
Go to Chatterbox.
Read all threads, don't just mark as read.
Go to Videos and links, same as above.
Go straight to Index.
It will say that there is unread threads. Clicking on Chatterbox, shows that there wasn't any new threads.
Returning to Index clears it out.
This is more of an annoyance than anything.
