Thread Suggestion

How about someone who knows Arduinos make a write-up on the various Arduino modules, add-ons, shields, etc. I'm a complete n00b when it comes to these, as I'm sure many others here are as well. It'd be neat to get a crash course, and found out what does what, how it all works, etc etc
