Try and stay positive and optimistic. Nothing will bring you down like any sort of negativity. Go for about an hour long walk and clear your head. Make sure you're eating healthily and all that other good stuff. :)
EDIT: I've been having trouble with math and I was a A-A+ math student in high school. Confounded lack of practice, lol.

What level math is it? I have a math tutorial CD my school was selling back from high school. It has tons of powerpoint samples of step by step instructions. I can send you a copy or p2p you an img of the disk.

This is just for two tests, right? How well did you sleep the night before? How much did you stress before the tests.
The best advice I can give is this:
A good night's sleep
Take your time on the test
Double (or even triple) check your answers
Sounds to me like you might freaked a bit. Don't sweat the petty things, and don't pet the sweaty things.

If you could tell us what class or level of math it is we could probably do a little more for you. Keep your head up though!
In high school I aced my way through Algebra, Geometry, Algebra 2, Trig, and Calc I with little or no effort, and those were the honors/advanced classes. I get to college and barely make a C in my Calc I class, manage to pull off a B in Calc II only because of a huge curve, and then promptly failed Calc III with a D.
Don't get down on yourself, you probably just had a couple of bad test days, or you weren't focused because you thought you had the material down. There have been plenty of tests where I make 20 to 30 points lower than I should have because of simple mistakes, like forgetting a negative in the first step of a 10 step problem...

When you're an adult you look back and realize that your grades in high school were so unimportant.

I've determined that the main purpose of high school is to allow you to go to college. As to the social aspects, it is the perfect time for everyone to be complete morons and make almost every mistake possible so that they may learn from them.

I've determined that the main purpose of high school is to get you exposed to a little of everything, to give you a chance to decide on your own which thing you want to pursue in life. :)
