Quakken plays a song on the piano.

I've been playing around with this song on the piano for probably a month or so.

This was the first recording I've ever done of it. I really just wanted to get the concept onto the internet. I haven't written it down, I really just like to play with it (this isn't the best I've ever played it, and listening to it there are mistake in there that shouldn't have happened). Sorry for my sound recording, I don't have a condenser mic for my sound setup, although I am thinking about getting one. The camera work is admittedly bad, the framing isn't that great. I had areas of pure white, like the light reflecting off of the cover of the piano and the fact that youtube viciously massacres quality (but I don't blame them).

So yeah. Just watch it. Inflate my hit count, because that is what everyone knows is the only thing that matters.

Quite a nice song you've written, Paul. You performed it well, and the video quality was good enough to get the point across.

We will, of course, be expecting high-quality ogg/mp3 files once you get a new mic. :D

Maybe I will reach the full seventh at the point near the end, creating a good chord instead of that dissonant thing when I record it for reals. And on a better piano. My piano sounds pretty muddy anyway. I think I will try to find one with more crispness, which would lend itself to this song.
