price drops before christmas?

Well i have been hearing about price drops for PC parts dropping before christmas.. anyone know if there will be one, and if any in australian online shops?

im looking to buy Logitech Z4, and it would be great if i could get it cheaper..

It depends on the parts. If you're looking for permanent price drops, I'm not sure. Otherwise, most stores have sales before Christmas just because the holiday season is a big shopping time and stores need to be competitive...
