Water Cooled Rackmount Cases are coming, although I don't see how well they'll do with temps with such thin tubing.

they have been out for a bit. thermaltake cuts holes into there cases for water cooling, and there new case has water cooling biult in. http://www.thermaltake.com/xaserCase/taichi/vb5001sna/vb5001sna.htm
